Screen Issue

I have browsed other threads on this topic, but none seem to be the same type of situation I have. My phone worked just fine at work when I had it plugged in, then when I got to my car, I pressed the button to turn on my screen and nothing happened. The lights on the keyboard and along the bottom of the screen come on, but the screen itself doesn't. I keep getting texts and notifications, and the light in the corner blinks, but that's all it does. I tried removing and replacing the battery, but that didn't work.

Please help?
