I recently came into possesion of a motorola droid phone in seemingly good condition that was discarded, and as soon as it was charged i turned it on. The screen and keyboard seemed to work fine as far as display and being responsive to the buttons (lock/power switch) but the little green opened lock icon on the screen was not responsive to my touch. For some reason, i am unable to access the phone itself, instead i am stuck on the first main screen of the phone which does not respond to any touch at all. It is almost as if it can not detect heat or something but i have no idea what is wrong with it and i am not in contact with the previous owner. Is there any other way to access the phone? and is there something wrong with the touch screen?
