Screen on when Charging?

ok, so i swear that i had seen a setting that made the screen stay on/unlocked while the phone is plugged in and charging.... I had this feature selected and it did as it should have.... Now all of the sudden my screen powers off and locks even while on charge... And i cannot or the life of me find where the setting to do so is... anyone know how to set this? thanks in advance

My question is, is it bad for the screen to be on all night long? In the media dock for example...is that going to be bad for my phones screen if i'm going to have it for 2 years?

No. Leaving it on all night is fine.
