Screen rotation issue!

Last night I manually updated it my wifes DInc to Froyo but since then, seems like she can't rotate the screen anymore.! Is there a fix for this or I am missing something?

Go into settings and click on display, one of the choices is Auto-rotate screen.
I have mine off, so it only goes horizontal when I open the keyboard.

yeah that option is on, somehow seems like Sense doesn't play nice with it, I just installed ADW and seems to be working again...
