I take it you have no type of recovery? Right? Unfortunately if you have no type of recovery im not quite sure what to tell you.

You mean a recovery program on the computer? if so no. still learnin

Actually on the phone..... But if I were you, being bone stock and new to this sorta thing I might just take the phone back. Trying to do an SBF at this point might do more harm than good.

ok. since I cant get the phone to do anything, how would you do an sbf file? just so i have an idea, to start learnin this stuff.

Actually, this probably won't work but its worth a shot. Try pulling the battery and letting it set for about a minute and then putting it back in.. Let me know what happens.

Have you tried a reboot? Last I know the X sbf was a touchy subject, but of you Google it you can find directions as well as the files you will need.

Already did that..... and same result

-Turn your phone off.
-Hold down "Home" and press "Power" until the Motorola logo appears.
-Release "Power" and continue to hold "Home" until an exclamation appears.
-Release "Home" and press the "Search" button once. Your phone will now enter recovery

Try this.. Im not sure the recovery is unlocked on this phone but if you can get into a stock recovery let me know..

I will turn it in... Thanks for the help. I want to learn this stuff though !

If you can get into recovery it will be a scary looking screen with white letters (green with bootstrapper) try to find wipe data/cache and factory reset. The volume keys will be your up and down and the camera is your select button. A quick press of the power key will allow you to go back.

If you can get there...
