Of course. There are several apps on the market for it. As far as I know, they all require root access though. Each one I've come across is incredibly easy to use.

If you're not rooted and don't want to root, it's a bit of a different story. It can be done, but it's not as easy as just launching an app and having it done. It requires downloading the Android SDK and hooking your phone up to a computer: Take Android screenshots without root | Android Central

Some newer phones are including the ability to take a screenshot natively, but the Droid Pro doesn't have this feature.
