Screen size of Droid Bionic and the release date

Is this the true size of the droid bionic, if it is then I may hold off buying an xzoom tablet,according to this article it will be coming out in september.
According to a poll, nearly 39% of internet users have pledged to buy the Galaxy S II compaired to 19% for the droid bionic.
