Screen unlock notification after ota update

I just ran the update and now I get a sound notification when I unlock the screen. I see the setting in the sound profile but it has no affect. Anyone else having this issue? I don't need a sound everytime I unlock the screen.

It's the sound notification on the weather app. Open the weather, go to settings and turn of the sound. I had the same confused look on my face when it happened tome this morning. I finally figured it out after a battery pull, sim card pull, head scratch, etc.
