Screenshot App for unrooted Droid X

Does anyone know of an app for a UNROOTED Droid X that will allow me to take screenshots?

My buddy always posts screenshots on Facebook with his iPhone and it pisses me off.

I also don't really want to root my phone.

BTW - I love this forum app for my Droid X

there is a way to do it without root by hooking it up to your computer
