Scrolling issue, App Drawer

I tried searching for this but this site makes searching too complicated. I couldn't figure out how to search just this category so I apologies if this has already been discussed:

I am having an issue with the app drawer where I sometimes can't scroll down (swiping my finger upwards on the screen) through the app list. If I take my finger off the screen and count to 3 the problem is fixes itself but this sort of thing seems to be very contradictory to what I think the developer is going for.

I am loving Liberty so far I like the direction the developers are going with this ROM, I like eye candy but never at the expense of performance longevity and stability. I put my phones to the test and I rely on them heavily. I find that most ROMs are a lot of fun, but I could never seriously run them because they bug out or suck down the juice... and don't get me started on radio issues (bluetooth, wifi connects but data won't flow, voice works but data won't, using airplane mode to re-initialize the network) I can't have any of that.

Nobody noticing anything like this? I notice that if I scroll with the side of my thumb the problem happens much less. It almost seems like a hardware problem but it only happens on this ROM and only in the app drawer.

It's been a while since I've tried this Rom so things may have changed since then and I could be wrong. But if this rom still uses the launcher pro 3d app drawer then you can only scroll on the part of the app drawer thats fully displayed on the screen. You can not start your scroll on the part on the drawer that is using the 3d effect. I believe that this is the way the developer intended because it is the only time I have encountered this type of scrolling. Hope this helps.

That happened to me too, another thing I noticed was that sometimes I would try to open an app (calculator app) and it wouldn't go through. Switched to ADW and it doesn't happen anymore

i just got liberty on my bionic, and i thought this exact thing was happening to me too. it seemed like i could only slide the tray by “grabbing” a particular app icon, but im not sure if thats really the case.
