Scrolling wallpaper is annoying

Is there any way for me to get my wallpaper to stop scrolling when I go over to the other pages and just display the whole entire picture on th main home page?
I hate launcher pro.

Don't care for the sliding background myself. I just use a texture for the background. That way it doesn't matter how the background gets framed.

From your home screen choose menu, preferences, appearance settings then check the box that says disable wallpaper scrolling.
