SD Card Back up

I'm hoping this is a quick solution. I was reading on a earlier thread, a person's SD died on them and Verizon replaced the card.

I'm assuming Verizon wouldn't replace mine due to being rooted. In the event my SD card goes to SD heaven, how can I back up all my stuff (X Stock program files, Liberty Program files, etc.)?

I used clockwork to back everything up and then just moved copies of those back up files to my pc via usb. I'm ready for any disaster!
