SD Card Class

I have 1gb SD card and want to upgrade it. What is the difference between the different SD card classes? I see some are listed as Class 2 or Class 4. Any help would be greatly appreciated. I have a Motorola Droid Pro through Verizon.

How did you end up with only a 1GB SD card in a droid pro? The pro will take either a standard SD Card or the High density cards. I would recommend Sandisk as that is what is shipped in most Motorola phones and will give you the least amount of grief.

The Droid Pro is capable of using up to a 32GB SD Card.

It's pretty simple actually. The higher the class, the faster the card, but also the higher the price. I wouldn't buy anything below a C4, but you don't need anything higher than a C6.
