SD Card Issues

I recently had to get a new Incredible and I am trying to use the sd card from the old one. When I put the sd card in it says sd card is safe to remove in the notification bar. I remove it then it says sd card removed. insert new one. Please help. Thanks.

The problem is I cant get the phone to read the sd card. Please help.

Have you tried reformatting it? Can you read it from your computer?

Also you need a file management app like Astro.
