Is there anyway to move files from the sd card to the phone memory

Sure. Settings>Applications>Manage Applications >All applications. Click through them to move from/to SD/

If you're referring to files and not apps there are 2 ways. Hook the phone up to your pc, enable data transferring for your SD card, then just click n' drag whatever you want.

Method 2 is to get Astro File Manager app and transfer them individually.

Thnx just hooked it up to my PC bc astro keeps giving me an error mrssage
