SD card unmounting unexpectedly

My phone occasionally gives me an error message as if I took my SD card out w/o unmounting it even though I haven't removed the card. What gives?

Did you ever get resolution to this? I started having this problem two days ago and it is driving me crazy.

No resolution. I restarted the phone, then went to settings and unmounted the card intentionally, and then restarted the phone again. Seemed to take care of it for a while but then it dropped the card again.

Mine did this and someone here told me to take it out put it in my PC and do a full format. Did all that and it has never done it again!!
