sd storage card full

I have the new Droid incredible. I have downloaded a few apps and transferred music to my phone and my "SD card" is already full. I'm not sure if its an app that took up all this space or a preloaded Droid program but its full and I can't download anymore music. Is there anything I can do to transfer it to my phone storage or what should I delete?

16gb? how much music? are you sure your music was pointed to the sd. seems impossible.
is phone rooted?
