See through icon for Launcher Pro?

So I use Launcher Pro, and I stumbled upon all these custom docks for it, and some of the docks have icon images already on them, and I like how they look, so my question is, is there an icon I can use that is see through so I can see the already printed on icon on the dock, but still have it function via the "ghost icon?"

Yes you need to use a transparent PNG file with nothing in it. I will upload it when I get to a computer.
