Seeking some tips or advice...about unrooting and ota

So I recently unrooted my phone. I was wondering about otas. I have heared several people got a 64mb update. I have not seen this update. I still have superuser permissons in my app list, but on emulater if I put in su it says permission denied. So I guess my question is how would I check to see if I have otas blocked?
