I just got my replacement Innotraveller from Seidio. They originally didn't want to warrant the item because I bought it off of Ebay. After a few go rounds on the phone and some abuse from some real A$$HOL3$ on this forum, I was able to get them to accept a return of the item and just received my replacement today. I'm very happy with my new innotraveler car kit.
