sending files from astro....?

I have this voicenote that I would like to send to someone via text but I'm not sure how. It's stored in the handcent downloads folder in astro and it says I can only send it via Bluetooth or gmail. Is there a way I can send it thru text? Thanks!

Have you tried moving it to the folder your ringtones are in? if you click attach in handcent it gives you the option to send audio. when i click on mine it shows all my ringtones. if it doesn't show up ....that means it's too big. good luck
