Sending video message?

Hello again...still a newbie here and have a question about sending video message. I have recorded SEVERAL videos on my Droid but I am unable to send them...any suggestions on help? I have even made them as short as 10 seconds and still not able to send them. Also when I receive a forward from someone, I am never able to completely read it at once if it has a picture with it...is there something that I need to download in order to make these work?

As far as the sending part goes....

Change the quality settings for recording video in the camera app. If it's on high you'll have trouble due to size.

Change it to low or the MMS setting and it should, in theory, work.
