Sending videos already recorded in HD format

I recorded 2 videos in HD format before I know how to reduce the quality for emailing, but I need to email them to someone. Do I have any options? Is there an app for this? The videos can't be rerecorded.

Also, how can I get photos or videos from the phone using the USB cable?

Thanks!!

Welcome to the forum.
As far as email, I'd suggest you sign up for something like Dropbox, Copy, Box, etc and use their app to upload the video. Then you can email a link to the file, using their share option, then they can download it/them from the link. They are free to sign up and offer a very nice place to backup your files and folders of all sorts.
You might also, if you don't mind playing around and aren't in a big hurry, use an app called Tool Box to make a much smaller file size copy. I think it's $4 on the Play store but it's been a great one for my uses. I use it for converting videos shot on my Pentax camera to a more Android friendly format.
