Sense UI on WinMo Vs Android

I have been looking at the sense ui on both the new htc android devices and the htc hd2, to me the sense layout on the WinMo is surprisingly more polished, and looks better, with the animated weather wallpaper (which i love and wish my droid could have) Just wondering what other people think, and what the likely hood of droids or future non-htc phones of getting a sense rom on their devices, since these new phones will be android 2.1 and hopefully soon the droid will be as well..

also curious if animated weather wallpaper will ever be possible through third party or whatever

the winmo does look good, but i'd take either if i could get it on my droid.
