I'd say:
Normal: min600 max1000 ondemand (set on boot)
Charging: min1000 max1000 ondemand
Screenoff: min300 max300 ondemand
(If that causes wierd lag issues when answering calls then max600, although I doubt it will)
Also in advanced settings, set on boot and change the up threshold to 80 and click apply
Should be solid for battery life, preformance and charge time.
