Setting unique notifications

how do you set individualized / unique notification sounds for with in your contacts ...I would like a different alert for some of my contacts

Select people and at the bottom you will see ringtone. Select that and go from there.

thanks....my incredible under people does not have a ringtone option at the bottom any other ideas?
