Setting up Exchange/Question about Microsoft Silverlight

Sorry I'm such a noob and technically deficient, but can someone tell me what information I'm supposed to type on the phone to set up my exchange email? The whole POP IMAP Exchange thing is over my head.

Secondly, has microsoft silverlight made anything for the Droid? Is there any alternative?
