When I select a picture from the gallery to set as wallpaper, the phone only shows an option to use part of the picture. A small orange box centers itself and will allow minimization, but not expansion. If I try to expand it, it just moves around the picture. Surely this phone can set an whole picture as a wallpaper....where am I going wrong?
