Settings apk Signature Conflict

Hi, I downloaded the default settings apk to replace the one that came with my phone. when I try to install it, it tells me it can't install, because there is another app with a conflicting signature. I'm assuming it's the default settings app. How do I fix this? I really want to get the default settings on my phone, because it has the default android UI, and has more features than the default one allows me to use.

You can't install an app that came with the phone by default, a stock app, with one from the store. That will produce a signature error. One other way that would happen is if you had installed and app from Google and tried to install the same one or a newer version of the same app from Amazon.
