sgs3 beeping whilst i sleep at night

my samsung galaxy s3 is plugged into the power , charging , at night while i sleep , , after it finishes charging it beeps every so often and it sometimes wakes me up , , ive tried looking thro the settings to turn the beeping off but i had no luck , , any idea's guys ??
