Do you think the ROMs better optimize the usage and battery life though? I mean, unlike some people in the HTC Dev shops, we have dedicated people working on customs ROMs all the time. You think custom ROMs are bettr or worse than the so called "professionals"?

Yes, and it will more than likely come with the ICS OTA. ICS 4.04 running Sense 4.0 is my prediction.
