Share Android Screen on PC

Currently I am using "Android Screen Monitor" to share my Nexus screen on my PC via usb using the Android SDK. Works great except the connection has about a 3 second lag. Anyone know a different app or way to share the screen that is faster?

I use Airdroid. It's not exactly sharing the screen, but you can access files/transfer files and even respond to text messages if you use the stock messenger.
