Shortcut/Ringtone questions

I've looked and looked but can't find how to create shortcuts in ICS like a SC to call my house. Is that possible in ICS? Is there anyway to use a created ringtone and not just the ones that ICS offers? If I created one, where would I store it?

TIA

Ringtones are stored in internal storage in the Ringtones folder. Just copy over using your computer. To assign a custom ringtone: open people app>tap your contact>settings in top right>set ringtone.

Thanks a lot for making my world a lot simplier. Just set up my testing folder and I'll do the ringtones later after I copy some of my music onto it.
