I found this Droid forum thread. But, I am not sure if I can or cannot subscribe to read the news without problems or complications. Any help is much appreciated.

Just in general--If you find a site like the F1 site, what should I look for to get updates or news automatically? I really don't want to get a bunch of emails from a site and don't think I want someone twitting me about what the engineers are ordering for lunch.
