sign in error

I've recently been getting a message in the notification bar saying "sign in error" for my gmail account. Has anyone else had this problem? Is there anyway for me to correct it because it is getting annoying. I haven't made any changes to my gmail account so I don"t know whats causing the message in the notification panel. Help please.

What the heck do you mean by "canceled your account"?

I get that crap too. it's pissing me off. it usually goes away after an hour or two. when i REALLY need my email, i have to remove and re add my gmail account

Also, my phone sometimes fails to send an SMS over and over and randomly drops 3G where my palm pre plus would have at least 2bars
