Signal, but no internet.

Hi, I'm in the UK and just got an unlocked droid 3 from the US.

I have put my sim card in and I get signal. I have made calls and it works fine, but I do not get 3G, so I can't use the internet. My plan has 1gb of data, so that isn't the problem. I have tried in both GSM mode and Global and none work. I have also rebooted by taking out battery and also switch in and out of flight mode, but none of this has worked. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.

Just done a factory reset and still getting signal, but no 3g in gsm and global.

Assuming you checked that 3G is available in your area?

Yep it is, I've been using my motorola milestone with 3g for the past 18 months.

Nope, but tried it with a t-mobile sim and it worked fine. Might just change network. Thanks for everyones help.
