SIM Card Stuck

Just got my Razr Maxx HD and the SIM card tray came out but card didn't. Help!!

i would get 2 small pins or similar and push on either side simultaneously while pulling out. be careful not to slip off and damage the connection points.

i am assuming you meant the sim didnt come out because the sd is spring loaded...

If you're certain its the simcard.. it must've been installed wrong..tweezers perhaps...and be very cautious.....

On the hd's the sim tray is spring loaded and requires a pin tool to eject it..

i have this phone and tried prior to commenting. when you eject the spring loaded door containing the sim, you have to also manually eject the spring loaded sd because it isnt connected to the access door as the sim is.

i agree, i tried several times and the sim doesnt even act like it wants to fall out of the tray when installed properly.

Tray came out...SIM stayed in. Got it out finally. One of the contacts was hanging down and scratched the card. They are sending another phone to me.
