That is the default boot animation with JB.

To install a new boot animation, you will need to install/setup ADB (part of the Android SDK) and use it to push a new bootanimation to /data/local .

I am a little out of it right now, so I apologize for my super brief post. I don't think me trying to discuss something technical at this point of my life would end up making any sort of sense. I can definitely go into more detail later.

Yep, the new boot up animation is lame compared to the ICS one.
