Skaggzcolor0.9.1 metamorph

Has anyone gave this a try? Its skaggzcolor0.9.1 and its a metamorph file that sounds like exactly what I was looking for but although people post saying it works...it does not.it is supposed to allow you to change your clock color and the file includes numerous colors. I can get to that and then say I click on red, it says no files. Im lost. I really could use some expertise here possibly help me get it working!
