Skip phone activation process screen?

My cousin bricked his old Droid X so he gave to me while reporting it was "lost" to Verizon. Now that I rom'd it to Liberty, I can't get past the phone activation screen. And I don't want to risk going through the process since it's officially "lost".

Justice rom doesn't have a activation process when you first install it
