Skipping X2 setup screen

Just got my X2 in, wanted to play with it before switching service over from my X.. unfortunately the 4 corner method on the setup screen doesn't seem to work.. any other ways of getting around it?

I played with my store demo and couldn't figure it out, however, when I received my X2 it was already past the screen so it has to be possible.

Pull the battery, power back on, as soon as the android guy comes on the screen, give him a quick tap. I believe that is how you skip the activation screen.

You are absolutely right. I am an independent agent for Verizon Wireless and I just tried this method in store. It works.

skipping x2 screen

tapping the droid on start up works i just did it here at my store .

you have to touch the android character before the triangle comes on the noti bar then you can skip. if the triangle comes before u try touching android character, then pull out the battery and turn on the device and try again
