Skype workaround

I always wanted to use skype with wifi when cell service was not available. I think I have found a way to use skype on wifi and not make Mr Verizon mad.

Download the regular Skype App and install.
After install go to settings and check the Airplane mode. After setting the airplane mode go back to the home screen and turn the wifi back on.

Log into you Skype account and use on wifi mode only. Works perfect on my Galaxy Tab.

No voice plan needed

I downloaded Skype from the i-net and run it on Wi-Fi or 3g. I usually leave the mobile packet data turned off and just run on my Wi-Fi. the Skype is working perfectly calling other Skype and landlines.. No verizon voice plan needed.....
