Slacker telling me to enter text from image, but there is no image...

I decided the other day that I like Slacker and now that I want to use it it doesn't work. For some reason it logged me out so I put in my un and pw and it's telling me to "enter the text from the image"... but there is no image. There's a blank void and then a spot to enter the text.

Am I the only one who's encountered this? It seems weird.
