Sleep Mode App JB?

With the new Jelly Bean update, sleep mode has been done away with. I used sleep mode daily. Anybody know of an app or a way to use sleep mode? The main thing I am in need of is a mode or app that will keep my device from turning the screen on with a single press of the power button, rather having to hold the power button. Any suggestions?

Turning it off? This would elicit the behavior you have specified?

I need it to instantly turn on not reboot because rebooting frequently would be a pain.
