Slider lag when answering calls?

Is this normal? My phone definitely lags a second or two when I'm sliding it over to answer a call. It doesn't do this for the unlock slide. The little green shape will just kinda freeze in the middle of the screen. Also, earlier today I had a problem where instead of the phone number, it displayed "Drag Left to Decline" when I was connected to a call where the phone number should've been. A soft reset fixed that issue, but I'm curious if anyone's experienced that too.

i get the same thing. i also get it when unlocking the phone from sleep.
