Slow speeds on 4G

Has anyone else tried their thunderbolt here in Jacksonville Florida? I'm only getting 5mbps download and 2mbps upload which is minimum for the 4g and it hasn't changed since the outage.

I haven't been in that area but my speeds are usually faster than that. Verizon does say LTE should be 5-12mb. Anything faster is just icing on the cake. About throttling data speeds. I do think as much as I don't like it it has to be done. Too many people will abuse it if not. People abuse 3g speeds and I know it will and does happen now.
