Slow UI?

Sometimes when I try to open an app, especially the Text all, it takes a while to open and it lags a but when I scroll down to view older messages. Anyone else have this problem?

I have the same problem sometimes rebooting helps but the biggest change was when I deleted a lot of stuff from my SD card I didn't need (9 gig worth) I don't know why for sure but it seemed to help me.

No lag here. Buttery smooth 93% of the time. For the few times some lag does pop up, most likely from several apps and processes trying to run at the same time, closing some running apps or a reboot clears things right up.

When deleting things from internal memory, is there anything I SHOULD NOT delete?
