Edit*** that should be "unable to save. Not enough memory"
I get the above error whenever I try to preview or download an email attachment from the stock Emil app. I have tried deleting email cache, as well as rebooting in between. Also tried deleting the exchange account and recreating but still get the same error.
I have also tried clearing system cache.
I have no problems with the Gmail app, only with the stock email.
This was working up till a few weeks ago (I haven't had time to look into it till now). Problem occurs with a range of different sized attachments including very small (36k). I don't recall any updates occurring for the email app before the problem started.
My device is Rooted SM9005
Android 4.4.2
Also tried debating and recreating the (exchange) email account but the error persists. It also occurs using IMAP account from the email app.
I believe I have 2.7Gb of internal memory free.
Any help would be appreciated.
