Small issue

I have several contact shortcuts on my home screen. These shortcuts include contact photos. My issue is that one of the contacts wont show contact photo. It just shows a folder with a gear symbol. Any ideas?

Yeah I had that too. I had to go into Gmail and add a photo for the contact. It's weird since there was one on the phone, but some widgets didn't recognize it.
