Smart Action - Incoming call not working

Has anyone founda way to make use of this trigger? I tried adding these setting

T-Any incoming
A-Ringer 100%

and nothing happens when i called myself with my other line.
I tried the other trigger
T- Phone number XXX-XXXX

and it didn't work either
so i tried a few other actions like Open website and turn off display but it seems like incoming call trigger doesn't work at all
